About Us
Westfield Young Professionals is a formation and community for women who desire to grow in faith while remaining fully engaged in their professional and personal lives. We bring together women who seek integrity, depth, and meaning – women who want to live their faith authentically without stepping away from the world they inhabit.
Located at Westfield Residence in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, Westfield serves as a place of encounter, reflection, and friendship for women navigating the demands of work, relationships, and spiritual growth.
Formation Rooted in Ordinary Life
Inspired by the spirituality of Opus Dei, Westfield emphasizes unity of life. Faith is not separated from professional ambitions or daily responsibilities, but lived through them. Growth happens gradually, through consistent formation, personal responsibility, and meaningful relationships.
Women engage with this formation in different ways and at different stages. Some begin by attending a talk or event. Others deepen their involvement through recollections, classes, mentorship, or spiritual direction. Each path is respected and supported.
