Session 6 turns directly toward professional life. Work takes up an enormous part of our days, but it can easily become reduced to achievement, status, money, or exhaustion. What would it mean to see work as part of a calling?
This is one of the great themes of Saint Josemaría Escrivá: professional work can become a place of service, growth in virtue, friendship, excellence, and encounter with God. This evening explores how we can work with greater freedom, purpose, joy, and love without making our careers the whole measure of our worth.
